Indoxacarb, the active ingredient in Advion, targets cockroaches’ metabolic activation processes, effectively controlling target cockroach species and distinguishing them from non-target insects. As a delayed toxicant with non-repellent chemistry, cockroaches that have consumed Advion can carry it back to harborage areas and share it with other cockroaches. This delayed cockroach mortality results in significant reductions of a large cockroach infestation.
