Please see ALL of the photos, these are the exact 3 E Units you will receive.  The photographs are a direct representation of the condition of the parts.  We recently acquired thousands of vintage train parts via a collection buyout, these were included.  We are not sure of the manufacturer as there are no makers marks or identifying part numbers on the units.  Please ZOOM in on all of the photos so you know exactly what you will be receiving.  We are NOT sure if the units are complete.  They are sold AS IS FOR PARTS OR REPAIR.  They have NOT BEEN TESTED.
