I fish this exact rig about 100 days a year for Flounder, Redfish and Sea Trout (Specks) tipped with live mullet, mud minnows, shrimp, cut bait or soft plastics. This is the most productive rig in my box. These are the perfect inshore rigs but are versitale enough to be used for countless species in salt and fresh water. Great for casting or trolling. Hand tied 30lb big game saltwater line aprox. 24" total length w 2/0 hook, 1 oz. lead egg sinker and two #8 saltwater swivels. This rig catches fish!
