Siecor's OTS Optical Meters are versatile fiber optic tools for multimode and single-mode field use, measuring fiber optic power and attenuation during installation, system qualification, and maintenance. Its combination of practical features, simple operation, field performance, and rugged design make it perfect for virtually all fiber optic testing environments from multimode LAN to single-mode telephony.
Designed for the user, the OTS Optical Meters provide easy intuitive operation through a simple color-coded keypad and informative graphic display. The display's backlighting and variable contrast allow viewing from most any angle in virtually all lighting conditions. Attenuation tests, especially dual wavelength measurements, are streamlined by entering a reference for each wavelength in non-volatile memory and reading loss results directly from the display. A simple and effective loss test set is created when using the OTS meter with a companion source from any of Siecor.
